GROUP CLASSES
In addition to our private lessons, we have NEW group lessons. Students will get to meet other students and play music together - making music more fun and helping to create a lifelong love for it. Explore our classes below.
SONG WRITING
Mondays at 5PM
Creating original songs can be one of the most enjoyable and rewarding experiences for musicians. Learn the fundamentals of songwriting, arrangement, and music theory. Students will work together on songwriting exercises and lyrical workshops.
BAND INSTRUMENT CHAMBER GROUP
Wednesdays at 5:30PM
Students will play more advanced band music in a smaller setting. This opportunity provides exposure to great chamber literature as well as fun playing with new students they meet in class.
MUSIC AROUND THE WORLD
Thursdays at 4PM
Learn about basic folk music from different regions and cultures. Students will also see and play some styles and types of instruments from other cultures.
MUSIC TRIVIA
Mondays at 4PM
Learn and review everything music; music theory, music genres, techniques, musical terms, and fun facts into a game setting.
MUSIC GENRE
Thursdays at 4:30PM
Each week, we’ll explore early genres and break down larger genres like classical music into their time periods (Medieval, Renaissance) to modern genres (Pop, etc). During our discussions, we’ll examine the style, time period, composers, artists, and music.
MOVIE & VIDEO GAME MUSIC
Thursdays at 4PM
(For Piano or Violin Students) Learn your favorite movie and video game music. Students can use this time to not only work on their current instrument but also meet other students that like to learn and play the same type of music.
GENERAL MUSIC
Wednesdays at 5PM
Sing, say, dance, play! Build musicianship through singing, playing instruments, speech, and movement. Active learners will develop a more thorough long-term understanding of the material and ideas involved.
VOICE ENSEMBLE
Wednesdays at 4:30PM
Do you love to sing? Do you love to perform on stage alone or with others? This class will help you to know your voice better, learn your vocal range, build your stage presence, and much more to perform live!
PRE-K MUSIC
Wednesdays at 4PM
